When I personally gave Eating For Energy a try, I noticed right away that this was going to be a program that worked. I was looking to eat healthier anyway, plus I was about sick of the expensive energy drinks. This seemed like a much better alternative.
The program puts a huge focus on eating almost like a 100% vegetarian would. I have nothing against being a vegetarian, but that lifestyle is just not for me. I need my meat once in a while.
